Title: Infrastructure/call Center Project Manager
Location: North Haven, CT
Duration: 4 Months
SOA Integration Coordination Lead Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate the implementation sequence and schedules associated with the design and development of business services to support business and IT application integration needs for a major call center program initiative.
2.Manage service development change request scheduling and coordinate with the PMO to align change activities across service definition, design and implementation teams
3.Ensure all service versions (interface and implementations) are accurately and appropriately synchronized across enterprise initiatives – escalating issues and communicating effectively when necessary. Ensure that program teams are controlling their versions and working to ensure that those versions do not get out of sync.
4.Help program identify, develop, and communicate system interface metrics and key performance indicators to track risks, trends, and opportunities related to inter-system communications.
5.Ensure effective communication and interaction with key associates involved in the delivery of the service solution.
6.Facilitate architecture, design and operational SMEs to address process or technical issues affecting the program and make suggestions for improvements Characteristics: ü

Skills and Credentials: ü
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. ü
Strong familiarity with application integration concepts such as SOA, a must.
Strong project/program management experience in a complex environment
Experience with integration between Java FrontEnd applications and legacy applications
